WONDERFUL SERVICE!!! You can definitely add us to your list of references.
The bride & groom were VERY impressed and gave you a lot of compliments
when talking about their wedding/reception. In fact, you impressed
everyone I talked with....AND there wasn't a negative comment from anyone.
Okay maybe one, I should have ordered more stuffed mushrooms (my fault).
I was also impressed by how beautiful all the food/beverage tables
looked, your presentation complimented the decor!
I really hope that you get additional catering jobs from one or more of
the guests that attended. Because I feel a little guilty for not tipping
in amount that you deserved based on the quality of food and service you
provided.

I highly recommend Heather Kelsey as well as the others on her team.
Heather was very professional as well as friendly. She worked very hard to please us, and the event was a success. She was able to make great recommendations in terms of food quantity and the other important details related to catering. The food was wonderful. Our family and guests highly complimented the food - grilled salmon, grilled chicken, grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, wild green salads, breads and a fruit platter. On the day of the event, she needed absolutely no direction. She was very competent in not only preparing quality food but also managing the event (i.e., displaying the food beautifully, having it ready on time, cleaning up during and after the event). In addition, Heather was flexible to any changes and unexpected situations on the day of the event (e.g., it rained unexpectedly in August!).
Overall, Heather was a joy to work, provided exceptional service and delicious food. Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions.

She catered our wedding Sept. 1st. and we are so so pleased with her professionalism, self motivated, excellent coping skills, and the food is exceptional. On a personal note, we had a unique wedding, and Heather went above and beyond what we had anticipated. She is organized and very prompt in answering any questions.
